• Policies

    All massage sessions are by appointment only.

    Massage is not a substitute for medical treatment.

    All new clients will complete an intake form prior to their first appointment to obtain pertinent health information.

  • COVID-19 POLICY

    Mask will be worn by therapist during all sessions at all times, and masks are strongly recommended and encouraged to be worn by client. If experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, feeling unwell, or exposed to a positive case, please contact to discuss rescheduling at a later date when you are well.

    All surfaces will be sanitized and washed between each client. Proper hygiene and handwashing protocols are followed.

    If immunocompromised, unvaccinated, or in a high-risk group, please understand the risk involved by receiving treatment at this time.

  • Arrival and Lateness

    Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first session to complete paperwork and for following sessions, at least 5 minutes early to ensure your session can begin on time.

    Please be advised that being late will take away from your massage time. Full rates will still apply.

  • Safety

    All massage services are in a therapeutic setting. Harassment of any type will not be tolerated. The therapist reserves the right to decline service to anyone who is outside the scope of massage practice and can end a session at any time.

    Clients are properly draped at all times. Only the parts of the body being worked on are exposed at any time. The client reserves the right to end the session at any point if made uncomfortable. Your comfort is a priority.

    Personal and professional boundaries are respected at all times.

  • Cancellation Policy

    If a cancellation is necessary, please ensure at least 24 hours notice or you will be charged for the appointment. The therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment to those who have continually missed appointments or failed to provide proper notice.

  • In the event of illness

    In the event you need to cancel your appointment due to an unforeseen illness or infection, please contact me directly to discuss exceptions to the cancellation policy.

  • Payment

    Payment is due at the time of service.

    Payment accepted: Cash, Personal Checks, Debit and Credit Card.

  • Gratuity

    Gratuity is completely at the client’s discretion.

  • Gift Certificates

    Payment must be made before receiving the gift certificate.
