• Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy

    A corrective form of deep tissue therapy used to relieve adherent muscle, restore blood and lymphatic flow, and speed recovery for injured or damaged tissues. Muscle tightness, or muscle adherences, in the body can lead to compromised body mechanics. Pfrimmer technique is used to enrich the muscles with blood and lymph to help restore proper function.

    Medium or deep pressure.

  • Relaxation Massage

    A massage that is geared towards relaxation. Incorporates various techniques aimed to help the client relax, destress, and calm the muscles and mind. Reiki and/or essential oils can be included.

    Light, medium, or deep pressure.

  • Prenatal massage

    A relaxing and therapeutic massage designed to address problem areas, including lower back and hip pain, neck tension, leg cramping, swollen feet and ankles, and overall fatigue during pregnancy.

    A physician’s approval is recommended.

    For women in second and third trimester & postnatal.

  • Cupping

    Cupping eases tension, loosens muscles, improves circulation, drains toxins by opening lymphatic pathways, restores Qi energy and promotes an overall sense of well being.

  • Head, Neck, and Jaw Treatment

    This treatment is for those with TMJ issues, teeth grinding, headaches, or neck pain. External massage and gentle balance work in this area can help improve range of motion, reduce frequency of headaches, relieve grinding, and aid in structural TMJ issues.

  • Manual lymphatic drainage

    MLD is not massage, it is gently moving fluid in order to alleviate congestion and support drainage. It improves lymph capillary uptake, increases lymphangionactivity to pump more lymph throughout the body, and redirects fluid around blocked areas.

    MLD is indicated for post-surgical edema, inflammation from injury, moving fluid around removed lymph nodes.

    MLD is contraindicated for acute infections (like cellulitis), untreated congestive heart failure, acute deep venous thrombosis (blood clots), malignant disease (cancer), and renal dysfunction. A physician’s approval is recommended.
